- This is your user name that you created at this link. It can not be an email address, and this is case sensitive.

Connection Method
Options:
- Direct TCP - Default setting
- This is the most common setting. If you are on a EDGE or 3G device you must fill in your TCP/APN information or you will get a tunnel or DNS error message.

- If you are no a BlackBerry Enterprise Server then you can also use this option to download your XML files.
- XML Files on SD Card
- You can also place the XML files on your SD card so you do not need to make a connection to the internet to get the data. Use the following link for more information on how to setup XML Files on your SD Card
- XML File on Device Memory
- You can also place the XML files on your Device Memory (If you do not have an micro SD card) so you do not need to make a connection to the internet to get the data. Use the following link for more information on how to setup XML Files on your Device Memory

This will help speed up the application, and it will also allow you to use the application with your wireless connection turned off.
