Short cut keys

Shortcut keys for easy navigation. (The shortcut keys only work while you are viewing the Hole Screen)

Previous Hole - DEL
Goto hole - G
Next hole - N or ENTER
Mark current location - M (used for measuring distance for shots, and will ask for the club used)
End Current Mark Location (This might be getting changed) - E (used for measuring distance for shots, must use 'M' first)
Options - O
Score Card - S - New in 1.0.18
